Action Project Overview

To the left of this page you will find a menu of projects that you and/or groups of students can get involved with to get your green on.

Projects are offered according to the seasons. As the weather warms, more outdoor activities will be available for you to choose from.

How it works:

  1. Become a  member of the Your U-turn website. Sign up here
  2. Take the Action Project Matchmaker quiz to find out which projects are best suited for you OR
  3. Visit the action projects menu to the left to view project availability
  4. sherese@youruturn.org">E-mail the project contact to request materials, ask questions, or schedule a workshop as offered for each project.

Each project offers:

  • A bit of background information on the issue
  • A plan for making it happen
  • Resources to help and people to contact
  • A form to download to apply for verification of hours volunteered with a project, that then can be applied towards volunteer community service hours for Graduation Transitions requirements.
